Arcana — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Arcana mobile application (“Arcana”, “the app”) operated by QUBENT SOFTWARE - FZCO. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

Arcana offers astrology, tarot, palm reading and similar content for reflection, inspiration and entertainment purposes only. Readings are generated interpretations; they are not certain knowledge of the future and no outcome is guaranteed.

2. Not advice

Nothing in the app constitutes, or replaces, medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

3. Your responsibility

Your decisions are your own. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUBENT SOFTWARE - FZCO cannot be held liable for actions taken, or not taken, based on content in the app.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, trial terms and renewal conditions are shown on the purchase screen before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can cancel anytime in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the respective store under its policies.

5. Fair use

Free and premium features are subject to reasonable usage limits shown in the app. You agree to use the app lawfully, for personal purposes, and not to abuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding public-domain artworks and your own inputs) are the property of QUBENT SOFTWARE - FZCO and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the app, these Terms, or discontinue features over time. Material changes will be announced in the app. If you do not agree with updated Terms, stop using the app.
